Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 60 years; 2. ASA classification 1-III; 3. The expected anesthesia time is more than 2h; 4. Patients who plan to undergo elective laparoscopic surgery; 5. The patient agreed and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of severe neurological or mental illness, or abuse of alcohol and drugs; 2. Those with severe organ dysfunction; 3. Those who have sleep disorders before surgery; 4. Taking other experimental drugs or participating in other clinical trials 3 months before surgery; 5. Severe hearing and visual impairment, unable to cooperate with the examination.
