18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Brain MRI/CT confirmed stroke patients; 2. The vital signs are stable after conventional treatment; 3. Those between the ages of 18-85; 4. Dysphagia confirmed by fiberoptic laryngoscope swallowing function evaluation (FEES); 5. Not taking any drugs that may affect swallowing function or nervous system, and signed the ''Informed Consent''.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with dysphagia caused by myopathy, peripheral neuropathy and motor neuron disease; 2. Acute stroke is in the bleeding period; 3. Those who are unable to perform relevant instrument inspections; 4. Those with severe cognitive impairment or aphasia and mental illness who cannot cooperate with treatment; 5. There are contraindications to transcranial magnetic stimulation, such as those with metal stents or pacemakers installed in the heart, those with metal implants in the skull, those with a history of epilepsy, and those with cochlear implants; 6. Malignant tumors and those with bleeding tendency.
