Age
35 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 35-65 years; 2. Right-handed; 3. Primary basal ganglia cerebral infarction; 4. Within 3 months of onset; 5. Junior high school education level or above; 6. The MOCA score is between 15-25; 7. Able to walk independently at level 2 and above for 10 meters; 8. Able to cooperate with functional magnetic resonance examination; 9. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The cerebrovascular disease is progressing or the vital signs are unstable; 2. Past or current cerebral hemorrhage, brain trauma and other neurological or mental system diseases, severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Combined with sensory aphasia, sensory and cognitive abnormalities, anxiety and depression before or after stroke, and unable to cooperate with examination and treatment; 4. Past epilepsy, family history of epilepsy; 5. The condition deteriorates, and new infarcts or large-scale cerebral infarction appear; 6. After the heart is installed with pacemaker, stent, and bypass; 7. Patients with malignant tumor; 8. Patients with strong response to noise, low temperature environment and space claustrophobia.
