Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with the diagnostic criteria for stroke formulated by the Fourth National Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases; 2. Stroke caused by lesions in the right cerebral hemisphere confirmed by cranial CT or MRI; 3. Left lower extremity dysfunction caused by stroke; 4. Brunnstrom stages 3-5; 5. Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) >=10 points; 6. Functional ambulation category (FAC), 2<=FAC<=4 points; 7. Voluntarily sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous disease affecting walking ability, such as a history of lower extremity fracture, lower extremity symptoms after lumbar disc herniation, lower extremity pain, lower extremity deformity, etc.; 2. The condition is unstable or the condition changes during the experiment, which affects the experimental results; 3. Those who have serious heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases and other important organ diseases and cannot complete the experiment; 4. Unable to cooperate with the completion of the experiment, with severe cognitive impairment or aphasia; 5. Suffering from severe mental disorders.
