20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The first frozen embryo transfer; 2. Aged 20-40 years; 3. Basic endocrine FSH= 7mm and progesterone <= 1.0ng/ml on the day of secretory transformation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uterine abnormal diseases, including uterine malformations (unicornuate uterus, bicornuate uterus, septate uterus, double uterus), adenomyosis, submucosal fibroids, intrauterine adhesions, etc.; 2. Hydrosalpinx; 3. 2 or more spontaneous abortions; 4. Both spouses have chromosomal abnormalities; 5. Taking drugs or treatments that affect reproductive and metabolic functions, including diabetes drugs, some antihypertensive drugs (diazoxide, ACEI inhibitors, calcium channel blockers), Chinese herbal medicine, acupuncture.
