18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the 1999 WHO diagnostic criteria for diabetes; 2. GAD-Ab positive; 3. Aged 18-75 years; 4. Random C-peptide = 18.5kg/m^2; 6. HbA1C is 8.0-10.0%; 7. Be able to understand the procedures and methods of this study, be willing to strictly abide by the clinical trial protocol, and voluntarily sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe hepatic insufficiency (alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase are more than 3 times the upper limit of detection); 2. eGFR<60ml/(min.1.73m^2); 3. There is evidence that acute or chronic infection affects blood sugar control within 4 weeks before the first visit; 4. History of malignant tumor; 5. Pregnancy, breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant within six months; 6. Secondary diabetes; 7. There are acute complications (ketosis or ketoacidosis, lactic acidosis or hyperosmolar coma); 8. Severe heart failure requiring treatment; 9. Planned major surgery during the follow-up period may affect the results of blood sugar fluctuations; 10. The patient has any other factors that may affect the efficacy or safety evaluation of this study.
