Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40-70 years; 2. Non-pregnant and lactating patients; 3. Meet the aforementioned Western medicine diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis, and at the same time TCM syndrome differentiation is cold-dampness obstruction syndrome; 4. Meet grades 0-III in the aforementioned X-ray staging standards; 5. Those who can understand the content and nature of the trial, voluntarily participate and sign the ''Informed Consent''.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from various acute and chronic infections, tumors, and those who are still recovering from various traumas and other diseases that may affect the research results; 2. Patients with serious diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems and a history of mental illness; 3. Combined with other knee joint pain diseases, such as: meniscus injury, loose body noose, etc.; there is a large amount of effusion in the knee joint cavity and obvious swelling, and the floating patella test is positive; 4. Those who suffer from skin diseases and are allergic to traditional Chinese medicine ingredients; 5. Patients who have received anti-inflammatory analgesics or other drugs to improve joint function within 1 week before enrollment, which may affect the efficacy indicators of this trial.
