18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically confirmed prostate adenocarcinoma by systematic + targeted biopsy before treatment; 2. Patients with clinical limited stage who received radiotherapy for the first time, with complete medical records; 3. Accept PET-CT (18F-FDG, 11C-CHO, PSMAPET-CT), MRI, CT and other multimodal imaging examinations before radiotherapy; 4. Aged = 70 points, no serious comorbidities or complications; 5. MRI and CT imaging examination after radiotherapy; 6. Gene detection data of pathological specimens.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with a history of pelvic radiotherapy; 2. Those with lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis; 3. Those who have undergone prostatectomy or who do not have radiotherapy indications.
