Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients and transfer medical staff who were transferred to the research unit after surgery; 2. Aged 18-75 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any handover member is absent at any time during the entire handover process; 2. Carry out the handover of 2 patients at the same time; 3. Interruption of the handover process: any non-urgent event that distracts members of the handover team from the handover process.
