65 Years to 89 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65-89 years; 2. ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists rating) grade II-III; 3. Sign the informed consent; 4. No psychiatric or neurological disease before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive impairment and a history of surgery that affects cognitive function or taking drugs that affect cognitive function; 2. Have metabolic diseases such as diabetes and hyperlipidemia; 3. Taking other experimental drugs or participating in other clinical trials within three months before surgery; 4. Patients with hearing, vision, language impairment, and no writing ability; 5. Alcohol or drug dependence; 6. The illiterate patients or their families refuse to cooperate; 7. Sick sinus syndrome, severe bradycardia and other arrhythmias.
