18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. Gender is not limited; 3. Endoscopic and pathological diagnosis of Barrett's esophagus; 4. No major cardiopulmonary disease, able to tolerate surgery under intravenous general anesthesia; 5. Voluntarily accept and abide by the research protocol, and be able to receive review and follow-up on time under guidance; 6. Not taking antibiotics and probiotics and other drugs that affect the microecology in the past 2 months; 7. No Helicobacter pylori infection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Past or present definite diagnosis of malignant tumor of digestive system or other system; 2. History of gastrointestinal surgery; 3. Pregnant or lactating patients; 4. History of mental illness and genetic metabolic disease; 5. History of chronic diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease, liver cirrhosis, diabetes, thyroid disease or immune system-related diseases.
