18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years; 2. Use the Brief International Neuropsychiatric Interview (MINI) for rapid screening of various mental disorders to ensure compliance with the diagnostic criteria for OCD in DSM-5; 3. Moderate or above severity: Y-BOCS>16 points; 4. Have not taken antidepressants in the past 1 week, or have taken them but the effect is not good.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and other mental diseases, but not ruled out combined with generalized anxiety; 2. Combined with neurological diseases; 3. A history of traumatic brain injury or surgery; 4. EEG and MRI examinations are contraindicated; 5. Pregnancy and lactation.
