18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. Diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer after FNA; 3. The diameter of the lesion is 5-20mm; 4. Thyroid cancer requiring total thyroidectomy, including: (1) The tumor is located in the isthmus or unilateral or bilateral thyroid cancer; (2) The tumor invades the thyroid capsule; (3) Lymph nodes with definite or suspected metastasis in the central area; 5. Willing to cooperate in providing blood test samples, patient imaging and postoperative pathological routines and other relevant medical records, and willing to use the test data for scientific research in clinical institutions; 6. Sign the informed consent form and be willing to cooperate with this study for clinical follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of thyroid surgery or neck radiotherapy; 2. Thyroid tumors invade adjacent important structures such as trachea and esophagus or have distant metastasis; 3. Those with definite or suspected lymph node metastasis in the lateral neck need to do lateral neck dissection; 4. Those with coagulation dysfunction or heart and lung and other important organ dysfunction who cannot tolerate general anesthesia; 5. The patient has other diseases that may affect follow-up and short-term survival at the same time; 6. Any social/psychological problems, the researcher judges that the patient is not suitable to participate in this study.
