Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The initial diagnosis of MAFLD; 2. Normal physical examination volunteers in the physical examination center.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a history of long-term drinking habit or a recent history of excessive drinking. The definition of excessive drinking in the ''Monitoring Report of Chronic Diseases and Risk Factors in China'' by the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention: men who drink more than 5 standard drinking units at one time, that is, 2 halves (about 125 ml) of high-level liquor, or 3 halves (about 175 ml) of low-alcohol liquor, or 3 bottles/5 cans of beer, or 7 halves (about 375 ml) of rice wine, or 1 catty and a half (about 750 ml) of wine; females drink more than 4 standard drinking units, namely 2 taels (about 100 ml) high-alcohol liquor, or 3 taels (about 150 ml) low-alcohol liquor, or 2.5 bottles/4 cans of beer, or 6 taels (about 300 ml) of rice wine, or 1 catty and 2 taels (about 600 ml) of wine. 2. History of severe drug-induced or other exogenous liver and kidney damage, viral hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, infectious diseases or malignant tumors. 3. Have recently experienced severe infection, surgery or trauma and other stress states, or are in a special physical period such as pregnancy, breastfeeding, or other cachexia state, or aged <18 years. 4. Have used or are using drugs that affect liver function or blood lipids in the past 6 months.
