18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with newly diagnosed prediabetes, type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes; 2. Normal physical examination volunteers in the physical examination center.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetic-related acute complications such as diabetic hyperosmolar coma or diabetic ketoacidosis have occurred within the past 3 months; 2. Has recently suffered from severe infection, surgery or trauma and other stress states, or is in a special physical period such as pregnancy or breastfeeding, aged < 18 years; 3. History of severe liver function damage, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, infectious diseases or malignant tumors, and previous history of other metabolic diseases.
