Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM); 2. Those who have a normal physical examination in the physical examination center.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetic-related acute complications such as diabetic hyperosmolar coma or diabetic ketoacidosis have occurred within the past 3 months; 2. Has recently suffered from severe infection, surgery or trauma and other stress states, or is in a special physical period such as pregnancy or breastfeeding, or aged < 18 years; 3. History of severe liver function damage, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, infectious diseases or malignant tumors.
