Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute STEMI: acute myocardial injury [serum cardiac troponin increased and/or decreased, and at least 1 time was higher than the upper limit of normal (refer to the 99th percentile of the upper limit)], and there was clinical evidence of acute myocardial ischemia; 2. Admission to hospital within 1 week of acute STEMI onset; 3. Patients with transthoracic echocardiography. Ultrasound diagnosis of LVA: (1) Local bulging of the ventricular wall throughout the cardiac cycle; (2) Paradoxical movement of the local chamber wall; (3) Local wall thinning and echo enhancement. Diagnosis of LVT: Ultrasound examination showed an abnormal echo mass with wide base, clear boundary and poor mobility attached to the inner wall of abnormally contracted myocardium in the left ventricle.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. STEMI secondary to other heart diseases, such as STEMI caused by coronary spasm, coronary thromboembolism or spontaneous coronary dissection, etc., no obvious obstruction was found in coronary angiography; 2. History of ventricular aneurysm, intracardiac thrombus, blood system disease, malignant tumor, autoimmune disease, atrial fibrillation, dilated cardiomyopathy, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy; 3. During pregnancy; 4. Death occurs in percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).
