Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Elective twin pregnancy cesarean section women, American Society of Anesthesiologists (American Society of Anesthesiologists, ASA) grade I-II, aged 18-45 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Twin pregnancy with first vaginal trial production; 2. Cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney insufficiency; 3. Severe infection, dehydration, electrolyte disturbance and shock; 4. Local skin infections and ulcers under the xiphoid process and fingers of the left hand; 5. History of allergy to ultrasound couplant; 6. Severe preeclampsia, pregnancy complicated with diabetes, peripheral nerve disorder; 7. Severe brain damage, confusion, respiratory depression; 8. Absolute contraindications to spinal anesthesia; 9. Have participated in other clinical trials or are participating in other clinical trials within 3 months before enrollment; 10. According to the judgment of the physician in charge of the test, the implementation of the test may increase the risk of the subjects, or may not obtain sufficient test data.
