Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Knee pain and dysfunction; 2. Physical examination and imaging examination confirm the diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis; 3. K-L grading of knee osteoarthritis grades 1-3; 4. Patients without cognitive impairment who voluntarily participate in this study; 5. Aged 40-80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Skin disease around the injection area, skin ulceration around the puncture, or patients with obvious joint swelling and fluid accumulation caused by other diseases cannot be excluded; 2. Patients with abnormal coagulation function or undergoing anticoagulation therapy; 3. Serious systemic diseases have not been effectively controlled; 4. Those who have central nervous system diseases, mental diseases, and cannot communicate normally; 5. Contraindications for autologous blood transfusion such as immunosuppression, tumors or other serious diseases; 6. The researcher believes that it is not suitable to participate in the experiment or other situations that cannot cooperate with the research for any reason.
