20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-III, aged 20-70 years; 2. Elective laparoscopic nephrectomy under general anesthesia; 3. BMI less than 30kg/m^2; 4. Normal liver and kidney function; 5. Patients were aware of this study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Puncture site infection; 2. Anticoagulation state; 3. Allergy to local anesthetics; 4. Serious cardiovascular disease, blood disease; 5. Alcohol abuse; 6. Combined with myasthenia gravis or Parkinson's disease or pregnancy status; 7. History of previous thoracic or spinal surgery; 8. Cognitive dysfunction before surgery, unable to cooperate with pain assessment; 9. Intraoperative change to open surgery; 10. Failure to complete intraoperative data collection and postoperative follow-up.
