Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Singleton term mothers; 2. Delivery of normal full-term neonates; 3. Apgar score >7 at 1 minute and 5 minutes after birth; 4. Use labor analgesia; 5. Postoperative vital signs are stable; 6. Those who are willing to breastfeed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use a breast pump to open milk; 2. There are contraindications to breastfeeding; 3. Minor mothers (<20 years old); 4. The mother's pathological reasons may lead to insufficient lactation. Such as breast dysplasia, breast surgery/injury, breast augmentation, hypothyroidism, hypopituitarism, polycystic ovary syndrome, postpartum hemorrhage, etc.; 5. Pregnancy complications and complications; 6. The mother and baby are separated for more than 1 day; 7. Non-breastfeeders and non-direct breastfeeding.
