Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Singleton primipara (normal vaginal delivery, painless delivery and cesarean section); 2. Delivery of healthy full-term neonates (points to live birth neonates with a gestational age of 37 to 42 weeks, weight > 2500 g, and no deformities and diseases); 3. Apgar score > 7 at 1 minute and 5 minutes after birth; 4. Those who are willing to breastfeed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Minor mothers ( 35 years old); 2. Breast dysplasia, breast surgery, history of breast augmentation, flat or sunken nipples; 3. Breastfeeding contraindications, and those with physical or mental illnesses who are not clinically recommended to breastfeed; 4. The mother and baby are separated, and the first day after childbirth cannot be directly breast-fed; 5. Pure artificial feeding, complete bottle feeding; 6. Maternal pregnancy complications, complications, childbirth complications, infections and other diseases that affect lactation.
