Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 65 years; 2. The disease may develop into a critical condition; 3. Willingness to participate in research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The disease has developed into a critical condition; 2. Have a history of trauma and surgery 2 weeks before enrollment; 3. Those who have used glucocorticoids or immunomodulators 4 weeks before enrollment; 4. Patients with tumors or autoimmune diseases; 5. Those who have used drugs that affect pituitary function such as cyproheptine and bromocriptine 4 weeks before enrollment; 6. Those who have experienced severe cerebral apoplexy and severe cognitive impairment; 7. Hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis patients; 8. Completion of other clinical trials within 4 weeks.
