Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of onset is less than 15 years old and the newly diagnosed diabetes is less than 100 days old. At the time of diagnosis, the weight was in the lower quartile of the same age group or the BMI was in the lower 1/2 quartile of the same age group; 2. Positive type 1 diabetes-related antibodies (GAD65, IAA, ICA or ZnT8) or positive insulin autoantibodies (IA-2 and IA-2B) within 10 days of starting insulin therapy; 3. The patient has experienced diabetic ketosis or DKA; 4. Fasting C-peptide is less than 200pmol/L; 5. No infectious diseases, no other metabolic diseases, no other immune diseases; 6. Patients with secondary diabetes, heart failure, malignant tumor, cerebrovascular accident and mental illness were excluded.
