30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Coal mining workers with a working experience of more than 15 years (with a clear history of dust exposure), male, aged 30-80 years; 2. Combined with clinical symptoms such as cough and shortness of breath; 3. Complete clinical data (perfect blood routine, liver and kidney function, blood sugar, blood lipids, blood pressure, ESR, procalcitonin, etc.); 4. The clinical diagnosis of pneumoconiosis meets the diagnostic criteria; 5. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent; 6. Interstitial lung disease changes can be seen on HRCT, and there is no clear diagnosis of pneumoconiosis and other history of pulmonary fibrosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute infection; 2. Those who have retired for many years and have not been exposed to dust for a long time; 3. Patients with severe liver and kidney insufficiency, nutritional anemia, severe cerebrovascular disease, malignant tumor, autoimmune disease, and severe mental system disease; 4. Participate in other clinical investigators at the same time.
