Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. (1) The main complaint is difficulty in falling asleep, or difficulty in maintaining sleep, or poor sleep quality; (2) This sleep disorder occurs at least three times a week and lasts for more than three months; (3) Focus on insomnia day and night and worry too much about the consequences of insomnia; (4) Dissatisfaction with the quantity and/or quality of sleep causes significant distress or affects social and occupational functioning; 2. PSQI score > 10 points; 3. Aged between 18 and 60 years; 4. The education level is above junior high school culture (including junior high school culture); 5. The subjects voluntarily participate in the research and have signed the informed consent; 6. Stable drug treatment or no drug treatment within 1 month before enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe physical or mental illness; 2. Abnormal sleep rhythm or other types of sleep disorders; 3. Substance abuse or sedative-hypnotic drug dependence; 4. Pregnant and lactating patients.
