Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 60 years; 2. Clear awareness, normal language expression ability, and able to communicate effectively; 3. MNA-SF= 7 days; 5. Can be followed up for more than 1 year; 6. Informed consent and voluntary participation in the investigation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has poor compliance and cannot cooperate with the completion of assessment and intervention; 2. End-stage disease, acute myocardial infarction, dissecting aortic aneurysm, severe aortic stenosis, endocarditis/acute pericarditis, acute thromboembolism, recent major surgery or limb fracture in the past month; 3. There are other conditions that the researchers think need to be excluded.
