Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Psychotic patients taking antipsychotics and constipated: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of ICD-10 mental disorders; (2) Meet the Rome IV diagnostic criteria for constipation; (3) Constipation caused by taking antipsychotic drugs; (4) Aged 18-65 years, primary school or above, able to understand and answer the questionnaire; (5) Participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent. 2. Psychotic patients taking antipsychotics but not constipated: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of ICD-10 mental disorders; (2) Does not meet the Rome IV diagnostic criteria for constipation; (3) Taking antipsychotic drugs did not cause constipation; (4) Aged 18-65 years, primary school or above, able to understand and answer the questionnaire; (5) Participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Constipation caused by organic diseases: such as intestinal stenosis or obstruction caused by tumor, inflammation or other reasons; 2. Abdominal surgery within the past 3 months; 3. Significant changes in diet within the past 1 month; 4. Accompanied by major physical diseases or unable to cooperate with the completion of the test.
