Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with a clear diagnosis of allergic purpura nephritis, 24-hour urine protein quantitative >= 0.75g; 2. The pathological ISKDC grades are grade II, grade III and above pathological types; 3. Children aged 4-18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients of primary IgA nephropathy, primary nephrotic syndrome, lupus nephritis, hepatitis B virus-related nephritis, and post-streptococcal glomerulonephritis; 2. Patients with HSPN combined with organic heart disease or central nervous system disease, patients with essential hypertension, patients with vision and visual abnormalities, patients with diabetes, patients with tuberculosis and EB virus infection and other infectious diseases; 3. Those with known contraindications or allergies to the drugs used; 4. Those with poor compliance; 5. Those with drug malabsorption.
