45 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 45 years, planning to undergo elective laparoscopic radical colorectal resection. 2. At least one of the following risk factors: (1) Aged > 65 years; (2) History of peripheral vascular surgery; (3) History of coronary heart disease; (4) History of stroke or transient ischemic attack; (5) Creatinine>175µmol/L (>2.0mg/dl); (6) Diabetes requiring drug treatment; (7) Hypertension requiring drug treatment; (8) Smoking.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Local anesthetic allergy; 2. Local puncture site infection; 3. Coagulation disorders; 4. In patients with severe COPD, contralateral lung resection or contralateral diaphragmatic paralysis; 5. With language, visual and hearing impairments.
