Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years; 2. All patients were diagnosed (endoscopy and imaging) and had surgical indications; 3. All patients undergoing elective pancreaticoduodenectomy were reconstructed by the Child method, and the pancreaticojejunostomy method was mucosa-to-mucosal anastomosis; 4. Good compliance, willing to accept this clinical study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients during pregnancy and lactation; 2. Patients with severe other systemic diseases and malignant tumors; 3. Emergency pancreaticoduodenectomy patients.
