Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged over 18 years, ASA I-III, elective mediastinal mass resection, no gender limit.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of thoracic surgery; 2. History of mental or neurological disease; 3. Perioperative drug allergy; 4. Abnormal coagulation function; 5. Injection site infection or eczema; 6. Myasthenia gravis; 7. Those who meet the contraindications of ropivacaine.
