Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed and voluntarily participated in this research; 2. Control group (simple cataract group): aged 40-60 years, eye axis =26.0mm, SE=A2, >=T1, >=N2a, axial length >=26.0mm, SE<=-6.00D.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intraocular pressure > 21 mmHg; 2. Have received intraocular or refractive surgery; 3. A history of ocular or serious systemic diseases, such as glaucoma, uveitis, diabetic retinopathy or diabetic macular edema and diabetes, autoimmune diseases; 4. Other retinopathy unrelated to myopia. Inferior images used for macular degeneration grading were also excluded.
