18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years, physical condition score ECOG 0-1; 2. Pathological diagnosis of esophageal cancer by gastroscopic biopsy, and the pathological type is squamous cell carcinoma or adenocarcinoma; 3. Endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) and enhanced chest CT showed no obvious external invasion of the tumor, no obvious enlargement of mediastinal lymph nodes, and no distant organ metastasis, that is, esophageal cancer patients with preoperative clinical stage I (T1N0M0), IIa (T2N0M0, T3N0M0), and IIb (T1-2N1M0) stages (including patients after neoadjuvant therapy); 4. The subject has no major organ dysfunction; 5. Be able to understand the situation of this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of other malignant tumors; 2. Those who have serious complications and cannot operate; 3. Those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
