Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women with singleton who were registered in Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University for obstetric examination, delivery, voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of exposure to radioactive substances and taking teratogenic drugs in the first trimester; 2. High fever (higher than 38.5?) in early pregnancy, family history of hereditary diseases; 3. Consanguineous marriage, chromosomal abnormality of the pregnant woman herself or her husband; 4. Pregnant women with cardiovascular disease, gestational hypertension, diabetes, gestational diabetes, kidney disease, metabolic disease and immune system disease.
