Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 60 years; 2. Seniors at high risk of disability; 3. Those who gave informed consent and voluntarily accepted this intervention study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Bedridden elderly; 2. Those with severe organ disease or malignant tumor; 3. Those with severe hearing, language and comprehension impairments.
