18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for pregnant women: (1) Participate in routine obstetric examination in Nanjing Maternal and Child Health Hospital; (2) Aged over 18 years; (3) More than 16 weeks of pregnancy; (4) No risk factors for pregnancy; (5) No history of pelvic floor surgery; (6) Nanjing local residents. 2. Maternal inclusion criteria: (1) Participate in the 42-day postpartum examination in Nanjing Maternal and Child Health Hospital; (2) Aged over 18 years; (3) Nanjing local residents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of urinary incontinence before pregnancy; 2. History of urethral surgery or gynecological surgery; 3. Pregnancy complications; 4. Lower urinary tract infection.
