Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Gender is not limited; 2. Aged >= 60 years; 3. ASA classification: I-III level; 4. Patients undergoing elective surgery who can provide written informed consent and receive general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation; 5. Expected operation time >= 2 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of severe cardiovascular disease; 2. A history of atrial fibrillation; 3. Patients with severe liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh grade >= 2); 4. Patients with severe renal impairment (KDIGO stage >= 2); 5. BMI>=35Kg/m^2; 6. Have a history of mental illness, traumatic brain injury, stroke and other central diseases; 7. Preoperative MMSE score<=22; 8. There is a history of chronic opioid abuse; 9. Failure to comply with research protocols or procedures.
