30 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage and unilateral upper limb motor dysfunction confirmed by CT or MRI examination; 2. Course of disease >= 1 month, aged 30-75 years; 3. The passive range of motion of the wrist joint is 50 degree palmar flexion to 50 degree dorsi extension; 4. MAS score >=1 point.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable vital signs; 2. Those who are taking muscle relaxants or antispasmodic drugs; 3. Cerebellar infarction; 4. Coagulation disorders, electronic and metal implants or upper limb skin damage; 5. Cognitive dysfunction (MMSE<21 points); 6. Upper limb fracture or limited joint mobility not caused by muscle spasm.
