Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need primary hip surgery due to femoral neck fracture, severe osteoarthritis of the hip, necrosis of the femoral head, and osteoarthritis secondary to developmental dysplasia of the hip; 2. Aged over 18 years; 3. The preoperative American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification (anesthesia risk assessment) was grade I to grade III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to the drugs used in the test; 2. Language barriers and those who cannot complete various questionnaires; 3. Patients with limb neuropathy on the surgical side; 4. Mental patients; 5. Severe osteoporosis; 6. Have a history of hip surgery; 7. The cause is secondary osteoarthritis after hip infection is cured; 8. Patients with wide ilium wing or acetabular posterior wall bone defect; 9. Other operations performed at the same time; 10. Those who drink alcohol or take opioids and other analgesics for a long time; 11. Those with previous peptic ulcer.
