18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hip fractures requiring open reduction and internal fixation; 2. Patients with hip traumatic diseases such as femoral neck fracture and Garden classification IV and need hip replacement; 3. Aged 18-90 years; 4. Gender is not limited; 5. ASA classification I-III; 6. Unilateral lesions; 7. Those who signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to ropivacaine; 2. Block site infection; 3. Patients with severe coagulation abnormalities and other contraindications to spinal anesthesia; 4. Severe cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney insufficiency; 5. Those who have no self-care ability or have language communication barriers.
