Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-45 years, gender is not limited; 2. Weight 45-75kg; 3. Patients who meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for depression; 4. Baseline Hamilton Depression Scale-17 (HAMD-17) score >= 17; 5. Have a certain degree of education and be able to cooperate with the completion of the assessment and follow-up; 6. The patient himself signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other psychiatric diseases; 2. Patients with co-existing serious physical diseases and unstable current treatment; 3. Those who are taking drugs that induce or inhibit the metabolism of liver drug enzymes CYP2D6/CYP2C19, or those who have stopped related drugs but have not exceeded 5 half-lives; 4. Liver and kidney insufficiency; 5. Those who have participated in clinical drug trials within 30 days; 6. Refractory depression; 7. Pregnant or lactating patients.
