Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes; 2. Under the condition of normal diet, detect blood lipid level after fasting for 12-14 hours, serum total cholesterol > 5.18mmol/L, and (or) serum triglyceride > 1.70mmol/L; 3. Aged 18-65 years, no gender limit; 4. No serious liver, kidney, digestive tract disease, etc.; 5. Voluntarily participate in this research after listening to the project introduction, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating patients, allergic constitution or allergic to this sample. 2. The mentally ill. 3. Excessive smoking or drinking. 4. Those who did not eat the test samples according to the regulations, or the data were incomplete, which affected the judgment of efficacy or safety.
