Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Resident patients who have worked and lived in high-altitude areas with a sea level above 2,500 meters (lived for more than 6 months) and returned to the plain for non-cardiothoracic surgery or resident patients in the plain (lived for more than 6 months) underwent non-cardiothoracic surgery; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. ASA: Class I-III; 4. Non-cardiothoracic surgery under general anesthesia intubation; 5. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to cooperate with the study for any reason or the investigator thinks that it is not suitable to be included in this trial; 2. History of acute lung injury or acute respiratory distress syndrome within 3 months before surgery; 3. Pregnant and lactating patients; 4. Participated in other clinical trials.
