Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The TCM constitution is classified as qi stagnation (transformation score of qi stagnation >= 40 points); 2. Aged between 18 and 23 years; 3. Diet and sleep are basically normal, body mass index is between 18.5-23.9, no smoking, alcohol, tea and coffee (absolutely not allowed the night before MRI), etc.; 4. Right-handed; 5. Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily accept the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with brain lesions found by CT examination; 2. Those who have other heart, kidney, liver diseases and tumors that affect the test results; 3. Those receiving transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy, or transcranial direct current therapy, or EEG biofeedback therapy at the same time; 4. Those receiving other treatments such as drugs at the same time; 5. Those who have received auricular point therapy within 1 month before the test; 6. Patients who are currently or have been diagnosed with depression; 7. Those who are allergic to auricular tape; 8. There are metal substances in the body; 9. There is claustrophobia, which affects the communication and operators during the experiment; 10. Usually dysmenorrhea and pregnant patients.
