20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for neurological critical illness (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) >= 21 points, Glasgow score (GCS <= 9 points), and the first onset; 2. 15-22 days from onset to enrollment; 3. Aged 20-75 years; 4. Obtain informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have serious clinical complications: liver and kidney disease, deep vein thrombosis, decompensated heart failure, cardiac or respiratory arrest or myocardial infarction, severe pneumonia or obstructive pulmonary disease within 3 months, and patients who cannot be rehabilitated. 2. Those with incomplete medical records. 3. Those who are unwilling to join the group or who cannot insist on completing the joining process.
