18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years, BMI 18-28kg/m^2, ASA class I-III; 2. Patients undergoing elective painless diagnostic flexible bronchoscopy in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Arterial oxygen saturation < 90%, FEV1 < 1.0L in preoperative blood gas analysis without oxygen; 2. Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), epilepsy, arrhythmia, pregnancy, liver and kidney insufficiency; 3. Hypersensitivity to lidocaine, use of drugs that affect cytochrome P450.
