Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for refractory heart failure; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The first diagnosis of acute heart failure; 2. Patients with one of the following diseases: (1) acute myocardial infarction; (2) cardiogenic shock; (3) malignant arrhythmia; (4) pulmonary embolism; (5) stroke within the past 6 months; 3. Combined with serious primary diseases such as liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 4. Mental or intellectual abnormalities, and it is difficult to obtain accurate information on the disease; 5. Those who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, lactating patients; 6. Suspicious or clear allergy to the test drug; 7. Participate in other researchers within the past 2 months.
