Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with UPJO hydronephrosis who underwent stent-free pyeloplasty in Children's Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University and double-J tube placement by laparoscopic ureteroplasty in our hospital in the previous or the same period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with other urinary system malformations (neurogenic bladder, vesicoureteral reflux, lower urinary tract obstruction, external ureteral compression caused by hydronephrosis).
