Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Based on the diagnosis of MPP, any 2 of the first 3 and (or) any 1 of the last 2 of the following criteria are used as the diagnostic criteria for SMPP: 1. Obvious shortness of breath or tachycardia (= 50 beats/minute, heart rate >= 150 beats/minute; 1-5 years old, breathing >= 40 beats/minute, heart rate >= 140 beats/minute; > 5 years old, breathing >= 30 beats/minute, heart rate >= 120 beats/minute), With or without a decrease in arterial blood pressure (systolic blood pressure = 38.5? or lung imaging does not improve or even progress), or the fever lasts for more than 10 days; 3. The chest imaging shows large patches of shadows , Occupying a lung segment or above the lung lobe, can involve single or multi-lobe lesions; 4. Pulmonary complications such as pleural effusion, atelectasis, necrotizing pneumonia/pulmonary abscess, etc.; 5. Severe hypoxemia (PaO2 < 60mmHg) or combined with serious damage to other functions (central nervous system infection, heart failure, myocarditis, gastrointestinal bleeding, obvious electrolyte/acid-base balance disorder, etc.).
